1):Please check if power LED is on,If not ,Please check if power supply is well connected,

2)If power LED lights,but SDI LED is off,please check SDI input device is well connected and if the resolution of the SDI device is compatible with this converter box

3) If two LED lights normally,Please check if HDMI port is well connected and HDMI cable is in good condition.
