GDS - 3000系列是一个全新的测试平台,全系列最高提供350MHz的频宽,4个模拟输入通道,5GSa / s取样率
和VPO波形显示技术。4分割画面功能可以达到同时独立触发测试多信号的要求,可运用于测试研究和制造领域,
