SILOWEIGH是加拿大Scale-Tron公司研制开发出的一套低成本、高精度的筒仓称量系统，它可以帮助您随时了解筒仓内物料的库存情况，方便生产调度。

SILOWEIGH is one of the low-cost, high accuracy silo weighing system which developed by Canada Scale-Tron Inc. It can help you to find out the conditions of storage of materials inside the silo whenever you want so that you can easy to do the dispatch.

特点：

1、实时监控。足不出户就可以监控筒仓库存，再也不会出现物料用尽而无察觉的状况，也不会因物料过量灌装而污染大气。

2、易于安装。安装时直接把应变计安装在筒仓腿上，不需要清空筒仓，改变筒仓结构。

3、测量精确。当筒仓支腿装上应变计后，相当于整个筒仓支腿变为重量传感器，测量精度可达2%。

4、性能可靠。可适应各种极端环境，质量稳定，免维修。

5、显示直观。一个重量显示器最多可连接三个筒仓，单独显示每个筒仓的读数。显示读数为重量，不受物料种类和筒仓形状影响。

6、应用广泛。可安装于各种类型的筒仓支腿，包括钢管、H钢、角钢和方钢等。广泛应用于水泥、化工、食品等行业。

Characteristic:

1.Real-time monitoring.You can monitor the storage of silo without go out. And there will never appear the situation that the materials were use up but no one knows it. Moreover the atmosphere will never been polluted by the over fill materials.

2.Easy to install. You can directly add the strain gauges to the support legs without clear out the silo and change the silo's structure.

3.Accurately measurement.When add the strain gauges to the support legs, it is actually turning the legs into load cells. The accuracy can reach 2%.

4.Reliable capability. It can adapt to any extremely environment with a stable quality and no need to maintain.

5.Directly display. Three silos can be powered from a single weight indicator, which displays each silo separately. The indications displayed are weight. And it didn't be affected by the kinds of materials and the shape of silo.
