SPEC300高精度扫描光谱测试仪SPEC300 Spectrometer

采用国际上先进的全光谱法，满足IEC和相关国家标准的要求，测量各种光源及显示器件的光谱功率分布、色品坐标、色温、显色指数、色容差、色偏差、颜色纯度和主波长、光通量、辐射功率、光发光效率等参数；RS-232C标准接口，方便与各种微机连接，标准中英文操作界面，符合国际化要求。配合相应仪表可同时测试被测对象的电压、电流、功率、功率因数等参数。测试软件美观易用，测试数据及分析结果可以导出Excel、PDF等多种格式报表。
